Shipping Policy
All orders will be dealt with within 24 hours and shipped within two working days. Orders under £36 will be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded and orders over this will be sent by special delivery. Collection can usually be arranged on request.
Privacy Policy
Contact information such as email address etc is used solely for the completion of the order and any financial information is not available to the seller when the order is processed through the Paypal system.
Returns Policy
All returns must be notified within seven days and returned within ten days for refund or exchange in their original packaging in an unworn, undamaged condition and return postage is at the buyers expense. Should you require additional information or pictures on the products please ask before purchase. A small 10% restocking charge will be applied to any refund to cover the cost of new packaging for the returned item and administration costs.
No return on any items that include pierced earrings for Health & Safety reasons.
No returns will be accepted, for any reason, after the seven day notice period to ensure that items have not been worn & returned. This is to protect the item and any future customers.
